Accomplishments * Recipient of the first annual Mark MacNeil award for the outstanding Industrial/Organizational psychology student at Oklahoma State University, 1988. * Member of Psi Chi-the National Psychology Honor Society. * Accepted into the dual degree program at Claremont Graduate School to pursue a Psychology PhD and an MBA at the Peter F. Drucker School of Business. * Completed internship with the Los Angeles Unified School District that resulted in a published paper presented at the International Personnel Management Association Assessment Council Conference in June 1990.
