Accomplishments Created a globally revered cross functional training program which assured my team was fully cross functionally trained on 54 separate duties. The Global Head of MDM used my model for the global MDM rollout. Authored/maintained many of the current TEVA change control forms used globally, as well as authored/maintained 30 Standard Operating procedures used by TEVA corporately. Streamlined current processes regarding Master Data Management (MDM) and ORACLE 11i, and ORACLE Business Intelligence (BI). Responsible as sole contributor for the successful migration of thousands of critical data points from the Discoverer reporting system into the ORACLE BI reporting system. A new ORACLE BI business area I had created served as the model for all future business areas. Lead person for several software implementations between acquired companies. Acknowledged for my mentoring and development of staff. Some of my staff were picked as participants in the TEVA Leadership Development project and also moved into higher roles in other teams. Accomplishments Promoted to Supervisor then Manager in a very short time period, over longer tenured employees, based upon demonstrated outstanding performance and results. Reduced WIP (Work IN Process) inventory from a 30 day supply to a two day supply. Increased WIP Cycle Count accuracy from 60% to 98%.Improved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations process cycle time from 30 days to 48 hours. Developed and implemented an inventory color-coding system which reduced materials waste. Selected as ORACLE Super User to train over 60 employees for successful implementation of a new Customer Care module in October 2002. Selected as Super User as a member of the ORACLE 11i implementation team in November 2002.
