SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS 26 Apr-Present: Rotorcraft Technician/Turbine Assembly at DallasAirmotive Heritage Park Grapevine, Texas. Responsible for Rolls Royce M250 series 2, 3 and 4 turbine engines, performed overhaul inspection utilizing Rolls Royce Technical manual and engineering procedures for building turbine engines. Perform final component installation (such as GE GEnx engines, Rolls Royce T-1000 engines) and systems operational function testing (flight control, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, electrical, composite repair and maintenance on the 787-8). Perform rework, modification, pre-flight and post flight checks for customer delivery. Flight control rigging, able to read engineering drawings, schematics and technical manual procedures. A and P Mechanic (Certificate # 3712816) with a Clearance offering 13 years of maintenance and quality assurance experience with an in-depth technical and mechanical knowledge of aircraft in the military sector. Directed and trained 42 people on trouble - shooting techniques, pre/ post flight maintenance procedures and proper inspection / protocol of equipment. Managed risk along multiple lines to service equipment and assets valued at $90M while meeting the vision of senior leadership. Performed 20, 100, 300 and 600 hour engine services on Rolls Royce M250-C30R/3.
