Description
* Recruit interview hire fingerprint and complete new hire orientations and trainings. * Daily supervision and direction of 200+ employees at 31 Site Programs. * Conduct regular site visits to programs to monitor program quality and grant compliance. Facilitate quarterly/monthly Professional Development Programs for all staff. Grant preparation monitoring and compliance to secure ongoing and additional funding of over 1 million dollars. * Develop and maintain Community Partnerships and resources to strengthen and diversify programming. * Work as part of Administrative team to strategically address program direction and excellence. * Collect and analyze data to evaluate programs for improvement quality and success. * Produced a curriculum resource database of instructional materials for staff usage.
