Collaborated with President and Senior VP to build and expand presence on the SalesForce Platform (Analytics Data Insights). Integrated PMI standards and best practices along with Agile Scrum Framework to improve delivery processes outcomes and profitability. * Revived failing project at Lexmark (turning a $2 million loss into an additional $1 million in project work over 18 months delivering a 25% profit). * Directed data migration project for Lexmark that empowered their strategic initiative to migrate all data and reports from Teradata to Amazon's Cloud Platform (Aurora and Redshift). Coordinated multiple vendor delivery teams (BDI Wipro Amazon and Lexmark) to achieve goals and meet stakeholder expectations. Projects utilized the following technologies Datastage BODS HANA AWS Cloud (EC2 & S3) Aurora Redshift iOS Angular JS Loadrunner Google Drive CA Rally Jira Business Objects. Facilitated Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum Scrum Planning Retrospective Scrum Review) and weekly status meetings with Executive stakeholders. Supervised/managed eight direct reports: Four Project Managers four Business Analysts. * The Cloud Migration team under my direction received a "Digital High 5 Award" for an exceptional level of dedication delivery excellence and innovation for Lexmark project using Amazon Cloud platform. * Effectively executed the servant/Leader role of Scrum Master to remove impediments and coach team members on the fundamentals of scrum framework.
