CollapseDescription

KEY QUALIFICATIONS Experience: I am a senior hands-on Full Stack PMP certified Project Manager possessing 28-years of experience and skillsets ranging across all aspects of a project's business and technical lifecycle with the ability to excel in any environment, with any technology and meet every project objective. The term Full Stack refers to being able to provide expert leadership utilizing a wide variety of project management, development, quality assurance, testing and CI/CD technologies. My various certifications including PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Instructor, Agile Implementation Expert and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt demonstrate the advanced training I have completed to maintain the highest level of excellence, readiness and customer satisfaction. I have had the pleasure to successfully manage a wide variety of projects with budgets ranging from 2 to 30 million and both single team and multiple dispersed groups. My style of management's first focus is strong advocacy, communication and responsiveness to the customer, ensuring my team has all the tools they need to succeed while following PMI best practices. I am a strong advocate of ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) as well as distinct and mature DevOps and CI/CD procedures. On a personal note, my enthusiasms and love of the work I do is contagious throughout the team (s) I manage. Every direct report knows I have their back, creating a strong team environment where everyone is willing to go that extra mile to produce great results. VALUE ADDED QUALIFICATIONS Techniques and Methodologies Used: Using Project Management Institute Best Practices to deliver consistency and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle regardless of the framework/methodology (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) used. * Employing an Agile framework using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) 4.5 to help incorporate DevOps and the Continuous Delivery Pipeline throughout the ART (Agile Release Train) at the appropriate level and methodology (Scrum, Kanban, XP or Lean) as the project and/or supporting organization calls for. * Employing Acceptance Test Driven Development by the product owner, developer and tester prior to development using Gherkin and Ruby with Cucumber or Java with Selenium. * Utilizing experience to walk-the-walk with technical team members, mentoring them on technical solutions for a successful outcome. * Employing Earned Value Management to measure technical performance, schedule performance, cost performance and their associated risks. * Combining CMMI, Lean Six Sigma and PMI's process improvement approaches to help organizations, projects and business customers reach desired levels of maturity and productivity throughout their domains.
