SKILLS SUMMARY * Innovative System Integrator with strengths in integrating national and global start to finish solutions to meet customer requirements and streamlining data to achieve high level of data tracking, reporting, and phone delivery. * Chosen to participate in the future global phone system with the Global Group to Evaluate four systems for phone routing (Genesys, Aspect, Interactive Intelligence and Cisco) and one voice/screen recording system (Verint). * Lead North American evaluation of new phone systems on Server upgrades, User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) tools, and administration tools. * Chosen to represent the USA in a Company-wide International Design Thinking Innovation initiative. Five people from five different countries were selected to spend five weeks to research, test, and present deploy/deliver on a topic/idea., Image Science. Each had to volunteer and be supported by their executive director. Presentations were given to the executive committees. This was held in Leverkusen, Germany. * Educated in what was current in image science. Image Science is the investigation of an image creating more information or a higher experience for the viewer or automated process * Extensive knowledge and training of Pharmacovigilance processes and compliance related to government disclosure and IT delivery. * A lifelong learner eager to expand my current knowledge base and explore new opportunities within different areas of technology.
