PROFILE * Six (6) years of successful experience in Insurance and support with recognized strengths in: strong attention to detail, ability to detail, ability to multi-task, project management and meeting deadlines * Six (6) years if experience with Contract Administration and Insurance Risk compliance accounts * Ten (10+) years of management experience in customer service * Knowledgeable of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * Strong knowledge of Accounting and disclosure requirements for the Insurance services industry * Strong computer skills with advanced working knowledge with the following Microsoft programs: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word * Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills * Proven ability working in a highly autonomous environment while exercising strong sound judgment and can work collaboratively with management, senior leaders and colleagues * Ability to identify research and resolve financial/insurance reporting issues * Capable of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment * Proven self-starter with the ability to take the initiative with minimal direction
