CORE QUALIFICATIONS: CPR/BLS certified, MA DEA license, Buprenorphine Waiver Federal Controlled Substance license physical assessments, mental health assessments, diagnoses, treatments for acute and chronic conditions, care planning discharge planning admissions basic computer skills including EMARs, charting, documentation, Word and Excel strong communication and collaborative skills Clinical training experience with inpatient orthopedic, med/surg, adolescent psychiatric patients professional experience with physical and mental health acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages simple office procedures including suturing, suture removal, staple removal, and punch biopsies home health care including care for elderly with dementia Billing experience in skilled nursing facility patient and family focused strong work and nursing ethics culturally competent warm bedside manner, use of evidence-based practice, working with patients ages from birth to the elderly
