SUMMARY I have been in the restaurant business for 20 years. In those years I have done everything from the very bottom as a dishwasher, cook, server, bartender, Front Manager, to a General Manager. I controlled all financial and operations from invoicing, ordering, and scheduling. The stores that I have worked have increased in sales every year from three to fifteen percent. I attribute that to my skills is making sure my staff serves Quality product and holding my service staff to a high quality of service as well. If given a chance I would use these skills to be a great part of your team and do my part in helping it grow.
