Summary Experienced professional offering extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of International and Domestic Project Management, and International/Domestic Customer & Vendor Management. locations, Verizon Telematics and locations throughout Germany supporting effort. * Development of infrastructure strategy service delivery standards and procedures for the Enterprise through collaboration with IT Operations. Proactively researches collaborates with Subject Matter Experts in an effort to recommend a course of action to prevent problems and to maintain high infrastructure service levels for the user community. * Assists establishing metrics key performance indicators and SLA's for driving the performance of IT service delivery. * Work with Network Operations and Global IT vendors to assist in evaluation and recommendations of infrastructure solutions to best meet the business needs of the company. * Work with various groups to develop processes that are innovative without being stifling and restrictive. * Develop and maintains relationships with client organizations to ensure their infrastructure expectations are being met and priorities are set at the appropriate levels. Responsible for working with the various IT organizations in supporting and managing databases servers networks storage email directory and other technology platforms shared across the enterprise * Collaborate with Application teams and Business Unit Product Development teams to understand and provide high availability scalable business solutions. * Work with those tasked with providing technical solutions and Deliver direction and said solutions consistent with the overall IT strategy
