COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern: My career began as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility and has progressed to completing the MSN FNP program with honors through Herzing University, Madison Wisconsin. During my clinical rotation I cared for many different types of patients including multiple co-morbidity chronic disease patients. My exposure has been extensive through a family practice setting as well as a federally funded clinic setting. I currently work as a Geriatric primary care provider as well as Palliative Care Consultant within the community (out pt.) and in patient at the local hospital. I also take on -call for Hospice and the clinic I am currently employed with. I am a team player who gets along with a diverse group of people. I am self-motivated and can keep busy during my work day. I am not afraid to ask questions before treating a difficult patient. I am a lifelong learner who tries to improve not only my skills and knowledge related to my profession, but to my life as well. I believe it is important to be physically, mentally and spiritually healthy in order to do my best in the demanding job as a primary care provider. I am currently seeking a position where I can continue to learn and care for the community.
