SUMMARY Over thirty year's experience in control systems engineering, software development, testing, economic and cost analysis, and program evaluation/scheduling. Fields of endeavor include power generation, Department of Defense (DOD) projects, industrial manufacturing and Governmental services. Performed Appendix G Component Upgrade Analysis Performed economic analysis to determine the feasibility of reusing DOD hardware and software. Verified Unit 3 Q-List prepared and reviewed Unit 3 Master Equipment List and assisted in the closure of Unit 3 Design Change Notices (DCN). Responsible for the preparation and review of Mechanical and I&C work packages critical to Unit 3 restart and in support of Unit 2 outage.
