Summary Twenty years total experience in technical writing, editing, business analysis and curriculum development. I have two years as the Curriculum and Learning Product Development Manager at WECA and well over six year of experience working for the State of CA at the EDD, CalSTRS, DCSS (at the FTB) and DDS. Five years experience working for the Sacramento County at the Sacramento County Courts, Office of Communication and Information Technology (OCIT) and the Department of Transportation. I have experience developing, writing and editing policies and procedures, promotional materials, user manuals, training manuals, job aids, test scripts, flow charts and implementation procedures. I am familiar with various data bases, network and operating systems such as UNIX, Linux, MS Server, Windows, security issues, Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) and Domain Name Server (DNS). I have expert experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC). I have participated in SIT and UAT testing and used the testing environment and data to develop documentation and training materials. I have excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation skills and can participate in a cross-functional team. I have the ability to work cooperative and diplomatically with an extensive document review process. I have also developed written and implemented system and user security policies and procedures.
