This project involved the customization of and implementation of an in-house developed application framework for 2 customer surveys and a reporting website delivered for 6 countries and 6 languages. Team was location across 4 different offices and the client in a 5th location. * Received the President's Team Award in 2012 for the successful delivery of 2 sister projects in Canada for an International company. This project involved the customization of and first implementation of a new in-house developed application framework for 4 customer surveys delivered in January and 2 reporting websites delivered in March with requirements gathering starting in September. HEARTLAND INFORMATION SERVICES, INC. * SYSTEM ENGINEER I, CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT Feb 2001 - Aug 2004 * In this role, I was primarily responsible for the creation of, maintenance of, and ensuring adherence to standards and procedures. Primary responsibilities: * Designed, developed, and tested projects using ASP, Visual Basic and SQL Server. * Responsible for all software builds and installations. * Responsible for all project releases to QA Testing Department. * Responsible for version control of all source code. * Reviewed user interfaces and documentation to ensure programming standards are met. * Maintained all development and testing labs. * Developed Requirements Specifications, Design Specifications, and Test Specifications. * Experience working on teams with an international makeup and split across international borders. Major Accomplishments * The introduction and creation of all software standards and procedures. When I started, standards and procedures were non-existent, source code was not organized, and the software applications were not user-friendly and very unstable requiring nearly constant attention.
