ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Developed eCourts Strategic Information Technology Plan to move the North Carolina court system to virtual courthouses and a paperless environment. * Drove organizational efficiencies through the use of a Big Data analytics and reporting platform (Hadoop ecosystem). * Eliminated over 600,000 courthouse visits per year by implementing a citizen portal that provides online access to court services. * Successfully transformed the Oregon public pension administration system through a $45M technology modernization project resulting in improved customer service and operational efficiency. * Provided web-based services improving organizational efficiency and customer access for over 300,000 pension system members and employers. * Developed a Global Human Resources Information System which provided strategic workforce management and anywhere, anytime access to information.
