and Summary: * 10+ Years of Professional Experience working with IT Consulting Firms as IT Recruiter Manager /BDM / IT Sales / IT Talent Acquisition Executive and 5+Years as Network/Windows Engineer/QA/SQL * Worked with implementation partners indirectly thru layers like, TCS, CTS, Infinite computer solutions, Kforce, iGatepatni NTTData, Infosys, L&T infotech, Capgemini, Polaris, Delta Consultancy, Wipro and So on * Worked with direct client: ULINE, Inc. & Rent A Center. * Experience in full lifecycle on " IT Training Division " for Fresh Graduates on Various IT Technologies ( OPT/CPT Students ) * Extensive Knowledge on Immigration Visa Laws and Process for IT Consulting /Staffing. * My entrepreneurial spirit and natural motivating skills have allowed me to achieve career growth and a special talent for transitioning strategy into action and achievement. * Looking to utilize my background in business development management, and other business development roles with a respected organization that rewards hard work and innovation. * Targets are achieved in a timely manner.
