SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / Management Consultant (IT) Change Leadership: Interact Motivate Lead By Example: Nurture - foster - inspire - challenge - winning attitude * Excellent IT vision & Business acumen * Program Management (Governance) * Project Leadership:- 10+ years * Work closely with senior Directors, teams and the stakeholders ensuring that -projects of strategic importance are delivered to achieve the business objectives following a defined project management methodology * Establish a master project plan in compliance with defined project management and change control protocols * Accountable for / oversee execution of project processes and deliverables in-line with the project plans: planning, Scope, financial, communication, stakeholder, risk and issues for ensuring supportable and sustainable solutions. * Direct project teams leverage resources from a myriad of departments - infrastructure, application, QA, etc * Support transformational, organizational change management financial management (budget: $5M) functions * Facilitate project prioritization, business case analysis, resource allocation, project status tracking, senior management reporting, release coordination, escalate and resolve issues and roadblocks (risk management). * Deliver on new business opportunities with solid influencing, negotiating and relationship management skills * Support C-Suite managers in their transformational journeys Help customer in ROI and Business Case preparation * Identify key account targets and develop and implement account strategies to meet objectives statistical analysis and quality best practices to set and coordinate quality metrics Identify roles and responsibilities for resources. IT Program & Project management: Take a Big Picture View -Strategic Outlook - Inspire Performance * 6 years of People leadership and management: direct, lead, manage and mentor teams includng project managers, technical support and training Gain support for initiatives through influence and business rationale * 3+ years' Executive-level experience with technical and operational transformation initiatives for NJ state (DOH) * 4 years' experience managing various stakeholders, end to end programs (strategic planning, risks and issues, COR) and OCM initiatives for US State agencies under: NJ-DOH and NYS OPWDD. * Extensive experience in creating and monitoring project plans, schedules and budgets - MS Project Server/PWA. * Prepare project status reports to report progress for sponsors, IT and business stakeholders. * Manage project risks and issues and recommend solutions or alternate options to mitigating the issues. * Manage globally diverse and multi-cultural teams (onsite/offshore) communicate and maintain clear expectations. * Negotiating with other managers for and sharing resources with others to get things done. * Travel to clients' sites build strong client relationships and negotiate difficult client interactions/escalations. * Utilize data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements. * Familiar with Business / Preventive analytics, SaaS, Big data, GIS, IT security and visualization platforms. * Experience with vendor selection and negotiation working in a multi-stakeholder environment. Own data driven products solution, line design to production using COTS, SaaS and Cloud technologies.
