SUMMARY Edward Lamar Green is a disciplined, thorough and motivated Health & Safety professional with over 35 years of construction project management and occupational health & safety administration in the oil, gas, pipeline and related construction industries. Lamar is a US citizen, a Viet-Nam era veteran and is authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Experience includes managing regional & global, multi and single site health and safety management systems and supervision encompassing major business units globally. In addition to direct management of occupational safety for major pipeline and facility construction projects, work products have included keeping track of accident and injury statistics, administering OSHA 300 logs and similar records, development and publication of occupational training manuals, implementation and tracking worker training in the field, development and publication of occupational training manuals, production of training videos, technical writing, and the updating of corporate safety training policies and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirements and promote safe work practices. Moreover, Lamar is retired from Fluor Corporation and has a fully-funded medical insurance package and other benefits usually offered by employers, but will be declined when offered by any prospective employer.
