I am well versed for all kind of situations in a business, dealing with auditing, accounting, and bookkeeping having 35 years’ experience with CPAs in City of New York. I run Fund EZ, Yardi, BJMurray, Shelby, Go Audit System, Quick Books, Peach Tree, Excel, and Word proficiently. I have done, Workmen Compensation, disability insurance, Sales Taxes, Payroll Taxes, W2s, 1099s, 1098s, 5500s, 990s, and CHAR 500s. I have done auditing/accounting, and bookkeeping of not-for-profit CBOs, HUD, Condos, and Coops. I have also done CFRs containing OMH, SED, and Other Columns.
