CAREER HIGHLIGHTS * Created Qualcomm's first PMO in Nashville for 1st PCS implementation now called Cricket Communications. * Created Qualcomm's first PMO in Indonesia while directing all efforts for IS-95 nationwide Certification. Successfully achieve nationwide certification under project budget baseline. * Played center role in implementing 64 million-dollar nationwide VSAT project with Ministry of Finance in Indonesia. Co-wrote winning proposal & Technical Services Agreement. * Directed nationwide communications, eliminating internal and external costs while protecting timelines. * Project Director for phase one of world's largest PCS deployment in Mexico called "Pegaso Telecomunicaciones." Phase one valued at 275 million dollars. * Led Titan Wireless first nationwide VSAT deployment in Guatemala. Created PMO that managed all Central America business development and deployment activities. * Led high-risk projects in Myanmar, Philippines, Indonesia, & Mexico, and participated on all 3 worldwide proposal teams managing all deployment pricing, risks, and implementation matters. * Led first outdoor WiFi/microcell project in California for the City of Anaheim as Senior Consulting Project Director for Motorola and City of Anaheim. & MILESTONES
