I have over twenty five years of experience in business-to-business teleservices, including my most recent role as Vice President of Client Services, held since 1997. I have performed a variety of jobs within the industry and have been involved in every aspect of program development and execution. My experience includes successfully opening a satellite office from the ground up which I ran profitably for 4 years until the company was sold. My priority is to ensure the overall satisfaction of our clients from conception to completion of their campaigns. In addition to operations management, responsibilities include the management of Quality Control with the goal of delivering error free data to our clients. I have developed programs and provided telemarketing solutions in multiple industries, including contributions to several ATA award winning programs.
