MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS Facilities Optimizer: Supervised 107 full/part-time employees during three shifts successfully managing 11,228 event setups in seven buildings covering 725,000 square feet in 2016. Efficiency Improver: Reduced annual costs of equipment, materials and supplies by 22% totaling $365,000 consistently finishing under budget while managed events increased an average of 31%. Resources/Training Coordinator: Developed safety and OSHA training for the Facilities staff and the Safety/Security and Maintenance & Operations departments to identify safety improvement opportunities and served on the Life Safety Council.
