Description
Summary * IT Infrastructure Senior Project Manager, engagement lead, and high-reliability business advisor. Full range of PM tools and methods as warranted by project, client, and business requirements. * Direct management responsibility for multiple pharma and hospitals compliance including: (1) SOX audits to prove IT readiness, performance, record integrity, and reporting: (2) Joint Commission on Hospital Accreditation (JCAHO) compliance programs and responses, and: (3) FDA compliance in terms of complete, accurate record retention/extraction, field audits, and emergency responses. * Agile PM methodology and tools to accelerate SDLC and infrastructure projects, custom software, and standard apps to accelerate planning structures, Dev, Test, Q&A, and customer satisfaction. * Project support and leadership for business and technical teams focused on new and upgraded deployments including integrated infrastructure, AWS, Azure, software, data centers, migrations. * Excellent communication, motivational, soft skills, and consensus building across IT and business leaders, holding self and teams accountable for integrity and delivery of new infrastructure solutions. * Analyses and engagement for client solutions to meet future IT goals based on demonstrable empirics and studied knowledge of client needs and goals in context of proven IT vendor products. * Emphasize best practices and clear, timely documentation to achieve ultimate business goals of projects on time, within budget, and complete scope of infrastructure, software, and data integrity. * Work comfortably in most any industry while providing PM management, support, and leadership of knowledge workers. Mastery of MS Office, Project, Visio, MS Server, SharePoint, and UNIX tools.
