Technical lead for creating a complex and complete cloud infrastructure to host our core products. Infrastructure is a 2012 Microsoft platform consisting on both backend and front facing (DMZ) servers. This infrastructure was built on Amazon EC2 and VPC as a DR solution. * Amazon Infrastructure from conception to completion * Built and configured: Domain Controllers, SQL Servers, IIS Servers, TFS Servers, File Servers. * Configured and designed communication between the corporate and DMZ sites. * Researched, planned, purchased and designed applications for: AV, Server Patching, Monitoring - both performance and traffic, Ticketing System and Code releases. Created vendor relations in researching and purchasing products to help maintain the integrity, security, and performance of this network. Main point of contact between development and network services to troubleshoot performance on websites including, but not limited to: Lawyers.com and Martidale.com. As Execution manager I oversaw and made sure all milestones and goals were met on multiple projects. Met with team daily to discuss strategies, ITIL practices, and review open issues.
