Summary To assist, shape and lead a group within an organization using evidenced based and recovery oriented philosophy to promote an optimal learning environment with all stakeholders. I have managed and provided leadership for numerous interdisciplinary teams. Management skills include a focus on both operations and clinical activities. Provides leadership to a co-ed congregate forensic behavioral health care unit. Assist in the coordination of evaluation linkage and community services to individuals with historical mental health diagnosis post incarceration. All services provided within the context of a Trauma Informed philosophy. Provided leadership to a state licensed mental health CRR for individuals with chronic persistent mental health illnesses. Coordinated housing psychoeducational and community linkages in accordance with transformative guidelines and best practices. Provided leadership to a Psych Rehab service model for 80 individuals with chronic and persistent mental health illnesses. Duties included the supervision of 10 case managers coordination of referrals from The Philadelphia Office of Mental Health and the 1260 hosing Corporation. Provided administrative support/oversight for 8 mental health units within RHD. Assured the implementation of federal state and local guidelines/policies. Participated in startup design development and implementation of human service programs in Rhode Island Washington D.C. and North Carolina. In addition RFP inquiry in California. Other duties included HCSIS certified investigator functions with RHD and interim directorships on an as needed basis. Assisted in the leadership of a large Intellectual Developmental Disabilities Residential System. Oversight includes the operation of 10 group homes 8 managers and approximately 60 DSP's. All program standards were defined by chapter 6400 regulations/Pa. Other duties included recruitment of staff and continuous quality control of a variety of systems relevant to the program.
