SUMMARY: Designed a wide dynamic range 40 GHZ vector network analyzer by integrating the state of the art FPGA, DAC, ADC along with RF components such as distributed amplifier, wideband mixer, Direct Digital synthesizer. Understood very well how from software, Firmware the whole integration works from system architecture to components integration i.e. software, firmware, hardware. Carried from design concept to production. o Designed, simulated, floor planned ISM 2.4GHZ RFIC for WiFi using BiCMOS Technology. * Fifteen years of RF/Microwave IC/MMIC design experience from concept to simulation, chip layout and packaging. Expert in IC layout for first pass success. * More than 15 years design experience in Power Amp IC (GaAs/SiGe/Si) from definition, Architecture to design success. * Designed 12GHz 1 watt two way satellite internet access point. * Designed 2.4GHz ISM band and 5GHZ PCB for consumer wireless communications. * Designed low noise block down converter for TVRO (TV Receive Only) and 2.4GHZ Point to point Cobham
