CAREER HIGHLIGHTS * 10+ years hands-on experience as a leader in a highly innovative bio-pharmaceutical, cell-culture Manufacturing Corporation working in small scale and large scale upstream manufacturing (Inoculum prep to 15K bioreactors, harvest processes and media compounding). * Supervisor for 7 to 10 associates in a fast-paced environment with high-throughput customer requirements. *Mitigate production anomalies by liaising with Quality Assurance, management, facilities, automation and associates to identify root cause, determine most efficient path forward, adhering to GMP standards and ensure production schedule is maintained. * Strong communication and documentation skills for shift exchange between on-coming and out-going shift. Production issues, work orders, deviations and delays are discussed. Shift change is thoroughly prepared to discuss problems encountered, resolution and any required follow-up with external departments. * Proficiency in: *Laboratory Equipment: Cedex Automated Cell Counter, inverted microscope, BGA, YSI 2700, Fiske Osmometer, Vi-Cell, Nova Bioprofiler, centrifuge. *Electronic Batch record: Werum and Syncade. *Automation System: DeltaV and DVOP
