Successfully lead and drive change management, organizational change, and people strategy focused on engagements in direct support to the government, private sector, and non-profit organizations. Diversified experience includes strategic planning and management, business effectiveness, process development, and facilitation. Served as the Executive Director for R4 Alliance (non-profit) during startup, development, and implementation providing non-profit support to our veteran community through the teaming of over 75 different organizations nationwide. Lead in developing the strategic planning support for the Technical Assistance Program (TAP) activities in support to the US Paralympics providing hands-on strategy development and business processes for organizations associated with the Paralympics movement. Over 30 years of experience with a focus on the U.S. Intelligence Community including the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), the National Geospatial Imagery Agency (NGA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC). In addition, provided key business improvement support to efforts with the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Department of State (DOS).
