Have been working at busy Family Medicine Practice for almost 2 years. Have been collaborating with Family Medicine Physician's, Advanced Practice Nurses in office setting. I completed an additional 16 week internship in Family Medicine in same office. Please refer to attached resume and CV. I would like to stay in a Family or Adult office setting, collaborating with a Physician, within an hour drive from Woodstock, Illinois. I'm also interested in Chronic Care Management. I would like to transition from a MSN in Family Medicine to a Family Nurse Practitioner when I pass the boards, and have an appropriate re-evaluation of salary. I'm not interested in taking call or traveling, and prefer to have weekends off. Willing to negotiate hourly pay, hours per day ( ex: 4 10 hour or 3 12 hours), day shift only.
