Work to increase New Business. Respond to inquiries and develop sales, based on lead generation campaigns. Perform opportunity identification, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels. Develop relationships through referrals, cross-selling opportunities, and other self-generated ideas. Engage Outside Sales Managers to articulate the value add of our suite of offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Find / create incremental business opportunities and drive closure within dedicated customer account base. Takes orders from inbound callers; also responds to e-mail inquiries, orders, and other communications arriving via the Web. Serves as a liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems. Maintains records of all calls made.
