Developed, evaluated and improved training programs for Joint Military, civilians and contractors to succeed in cyber operations. Worked with U.S. CYBERCOM to ensure latest technology, legal authorities and proper chain of reporting was incorporated into all aspects of the training curriculum. Supervise Others Directed network communications for Amphibious Strike Group 8 USS NASSAU. With seven ships deployed overseas, ensured network connectivity was available to the entire strike group at any given time. Spearheaded an upgrade of both classified and unclassified computer networks across the entire battle group ensuring the Navy was able to operate freely. Cyber Security Hand selected by the NORAD&NORTHCOM Chief Information Officer to Assurance lead the command through a critical network accreditation inspection, while safe-guarding active mission systems from cyber-threats. Accomplished 100% network compliance in cyber assurance. Project Development Supervised an engineering team in developing a $6M Naples Network Relocation Project. Engineered and directed the development of a state of the art communications facility in Naples Italy enabling critical mission system networks to remain on-line during tenuous overseas engagements. Cyber-Security Ops Managed a 24 x 7 team of 32 in the Theatre Network Communications Center at NORAD&USNORTHCOM. Enforced day to day defense of the DODIN (DoD Information Network) and Computer Network Attacks (CNA) through Computer Network Defense (CND), Response Actions (RA) and Computer Network exploitation (CNE).
