Experience Summary * 7+ years of professional experience with proven abilities in Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing of Client-Server and Web applications. * Extensive experience in backend Testing of Medical and Pharmacy claims, EDI transactions 837 (Institutional, Professional, and Dental), 834 (Enrollment), 835, 270, 271 276 and 277 - X12, XML and NCPDP. * Experience in interacting with business analysts, stake holders, developers and technical support in analyzing the requirement specifications. * Excellent experience in developing and leading onshore-offshore delivery model. * Hands-on experience working on TriZetto Facets validations 4.71, 5.2 and other healthcare management systems. * Worked with Claims, enrollment, eligibility verification for members and providers, benefits setup, and backend payment cycle in Facets, Membersedge (Metavance). * Experience in interacting with business analysts, stake holders, developers and technical support in analyzing the requirement specifications. * Experience in an Agile Methodology with Scrum. * Good understanding and experience of SDLC models like Waterfall and Agile methodologies. * Expertise in Defect Tracking and Bug Reporting with HP Quality Center. * Proficient in writing SQL queries and involved in back-end Testing. * Expertise in QA Testing with Windows, UNIX Environment, Oracle and SQL Server. * Supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provided training to end-users.
