Description
Maintain work areas and coordinate with P&D and ISP's for plan changes for work areas. Processed and maintained KO process to assure address accuracy and proper package sorting to vans for delivery. Communicate with contractors on load accuracy and any changes to their van loads. Perform post accident and customer service rides with contractor and contractor drivers. Monitor multi-day van service report to assure all packages are delivered. Print, distribute and answer customer service mail and tracers. Assist contractors with settlement issues as needed. Handle all high profile package business discussions to assure missing packages are followed up and POD's acquired.
