Summary * Experience in Enterprise Hadoop DataLake (Onboarding Access Management, Resource Allocation, DataLake - sqooping of data, scheduling jobs, resolving issues with tables (mismatch issues) and supporting the adaptability of tools with Hadoop DataLake). * 2+ years of experience using tools like Sqoop import/export, Hive, Hue and datalake ingestion tool - "http://www.infoworks.io/" INFOWORKS * Have a total of 8+ years of experience in Application Maintenance, development and Information Management support (MCP IM/IT Support). * Has worked across all stages of Development/Support such as Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Release & Implementation, Post implementation support, User training, transitioning, Knowledge Management etc. * Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific software requirements. * Expert in business process engineering and software development life cycle. * IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices. * ITIL V3 Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. * ITIL V2 Service Delivery and Service Support areas of Service Level, Availability, Capacity, Financial, and IT Service Continuity Management Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration Management and Service Desk * Organizational Maturity and Transformation * Experience on "BMC remedy" 7.1/7.6/8.0 tool with implementation of Incident Management, Change Management & Release Management processes.
