SUMMARY I am a Safety Program Manager whose Core Skill is Safety Engineering adept at developing and sustaining strong partnerships with operation leaders and building safety program strategies. I am experienced in aerospace, construction, hospital, manufacturing, oil refinery, power transmission and distribution, power plant and Transportation industries and operations, respectively. As a compliance officer / engineer with the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administrations {OSHA} and former Cal/osha compliance officer I am well versed in the operations of both regulatory agencies, and I have been both educated and trained by both enforcement agencies to correctly interpret and apply their Orders and Standards. I have become the consummate safety professional able to employ my safety engineering skill to avoid most mishap scenarios but also remain calm and focused when faced with unexpected challenges.
