charge of leading the project team office and project team building and development human and other resourcing coordination of all project activities in organization of 58 different training programs country-wide for the unemployed persons for jobs in agriculture food processing and production coordinated work of the project team timelines deliverables client and stakeholder management contracting of outsourced providers of training and quality assurance budgeting and ongoing scheduling visibility and communication planning evaluation and reporting. charge of managing Human Resources for the company employing between 30 and 150 people project offices included (selection talent management contracting development PDPs etc) including building a comprehensive competence scheme and staff development plans change management in-house training induction and exit procedures In charge of quality management for the company including certification for ISO 9001 and 27001 standards internal and external auditing procedures knowledge exchange and IT safety (appropriate use of company-owned assets use of technology communication channels etc) Head of Administration office (CAO) including purchasing office management supplies catering business trips etc.
