I managed my team with assessing Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching to higher levels of maturity. I work daily with the Product Owner in effectiveness by maintain the Product Backlog and working with the Developers and Engineers. I follow Agile Methodology on implementation of applications to deployment. I work directly with my Scrum Team daily in mitigating risks and understand who are the SME’s for the appropriate action to assist in mitigation of risk and assist in guidance to the team and deliverance of a successful product.. I as the Scrum Master always establish ground rules for the teams, I often remind the team we are a “Team” and that simplifies, open discussions, team decision making, and conflict resolution peacefully.. I strongly support and work directly with the Product Owner on grooming and maintaining the product backlog. I facilitate bi-weekly demos to the product owner for acceptance so we can move forth to the next iteration. I as a Scrum Master contribute my success to following the SDLC Methodology and Agile. As a Scrum Master, I am very knowledgeable and experience with widely successful Agile techniques with the ability to think outside the box.. I manage and review the teams User Stories hourly throughout the day. I work directly with my Scrum Team which consists of Developers, Engineers and Testers. I am very skillful with risk management and gap analysis.
