Description
Position with All East Ridge for Facility Manager I have been in Facilities Management for over twenty years in commercial, government and medical/research facilities. Currently working at the University of Miami at their Medical campus and would like to find something closer to home. My job functions at UM include Project Management of Capital Projects, setting up and managing of a Sign Shop, and general duties related to facilities. I have actively participated in the writing and implementing of facilities contracts, and improving Preventive Maintenance programs. Currently I am a LEED AP, hold a General Contractor license, went through all of the BOMA training and some of the IFMA training.
