Summary In addition to being detailed, organized, and process oriented, I have excellent reading, writing, and verbal skills, all coupled with a sound basic technical background. I am familiar with Reynolds & Reynolds and Auto Mate and, I have strong PC skills, including the use of Microsoft Office. I am a team player who strives to build strong, positive relationships with my service staff and, as a result, I have enjoyed a historically low turnover in my staff. I am also known for cultivating excellent relationships with all OEM personnel. During my twenty-two years with dealerships, I have never been audited.
