Description
Summary A senior level manager with Management Systems International's (MSI) Information Management Services (IMS) division, working with business end users as well as supporting internal executive business analytic efforts. Although the role's anchor was supporting MSIs project and proposal database (Deltek Costpoint CRM), the successful link between that data source and all other business systems was essential. Concurrently, I was a senior program manager and sector analyst in policy reform, democratic governance and environment and natural resource management. I facilitated corporate relationships in both the Prime and Sub contractor roles on contracts involving civic participation. I was always successful in navigating sensitive cultural situations, working under pressure, managing through chaos and conflict, while building strong relationships and trust with participating parties. Many of my projects involved conference planning, small grant programs and development of project management systems with the international donor and development communities, NGO/PVOs, and host governments. Overseas work experience includes a two-year Peace Corps placement with the Minister of Environment in the Slovak Republic, and USAID and State Department funded projects in Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Namibia, Mali, Mozambique, South Africa and Uganda. Internship Peace Corps Volunteer, Minister of Environment's International Program Coordinator, Center for Cultural Landscapes and Natural Heritage Protection, SAZP, Banska Stiavnica, Slovak Republic. International Program Coordinator for the UNESCO Chair for Ecological Awareness and Sustainable Development. with Contract Lobbyist. Analysis of legislative sessions regarding auto emissions control bond user legislation and planning regulation. Researcher for the lead lobbyist on matters of environmental grassroots initiatives.
