Description
Summary I am a servant leader with 1 years of experience (nine in leadership) in manufacturing / production covering four different fields which include - aerospace, semi-conductor, composites and auto. I started in technique development moving to supervision, continuous improvement at both the facilitator and management level, Senior Supervision and management with multiple areas. In the past I managed a working budget of $7.5 million. My personal goals are to be a part of a dynamic high performance team at the executive level. I will always be a continuous learner and coach. I believe if we focus on "personal mastery" then we have a much better chance at being a change agent within our organizations. Specialties: I have completed my master's degree and take joy in being a continuous learner. I believe learning and continuous improvement go hand in hand for us as individuals as well as with our organizations. Strategic planning with the understanding of personnel skill set to task/demand is an often used strength of mine. I truly enjoy the best fit at the best time in the best way no matter who is responsible, I operate best in high performance teams with a defined charter and clear accountability.
