Summary: * Expertise in HPLC method development and validation, Separation Sciences for pharmaceuticals, developing new analytical test procedures to support the R&D. * Strong experience working with HPLC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer (Hitachi-2910), IR, pH meter, particle size analyzer (PSA), Viscometer, extruder. * Experience working with Chem-Station, troubleshooting and maintenance with Agilent 1100's, Agilent 1200's LC systems. * Experience in Developing SOP's in pictorial format for all the lab instruments including HPLC, UV, GC, for the trainers. * Having 2 years of experience in laboratory while working with HPLC during thesis study. * Expertise in maintaining good GMP and GLP compliances. * Strong Experience in preparing Solutions for the lab, including buffers, Stock Solution, mobile phases, Stress studies Standards and references etc.. * Experienced in HPLC method development & validation for dry powders (DPI), designing and performing in-vivo stability & dissolution studies to support Phase-I trials. * Experience in Calibration of Pipettes, Analytical Balances, Spectrometers and Refrigerators * Service-oriented person with proven ability to manage timely assigned tasks. * Excellent communication, oral and written skills, ability to work as an individual and as a part of a team with problem solving skills.
