Accomplishments: * Community Organizer, with the purpose of providing opportunity for the people in our community through educational skill development, health, nutrition, English as a Second Language (ESL) and mentoring workshops for women and their children experiencing domestic violence. * Founder and director of "Advocate for their Cause"/Aboga por Su Causa" a single mother ministry * Co-founder and president of Mission in The City, Inc. a 501c3 nonprofit organization, which provide educational and training to cities in need, both domestically and internationally. * Initiated "Beauty for Ashes" Fashion show for Latina women who are cancer survivors and those who continue to battle with breast cancer Award: The recipient of the: Edward Howell Roberts Scholarship in Preaching
