As the Account Manager taking over at a crisis point, I brought in delivery rigor, established trust with the executive management and ensured a successful turnaround of the engagement. Client was embarking on a global transformation program to migrate from a legacy on-premises CRM system to a cloud-based software. As part of the PMO leadership, I successfully steered the multiyear global program on time and within the budget. Managed the IT, Business and Financial change for the entire program. As the Operations Lead for one of the fastest growing verticals (Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing & Logistics, Consumer Goods), I streamlined processes, provided stability and championed a large-scale change management program to introduce a new ERP system across the business.
