SUMMARY * Over 15+ years of experience in the aerospace industries * I am an expert in primary and secondary structures joints and load transfer, 2D, 3D wireframe, solid, surfacing, parametric design for sheet metal, machining, die forging, casting, composite strength and stiffness * Experience with conceptual layout, stress analysis to detail and assembly drawings (ANSI 14.5 - 1982 and MIL-STD-100) for fabrication. Redesign/modify ground support equipment, fasteners/electrical connectors/tubing parts to fit & function as required * Familiar with PDM / ENOVIA and NX Team center release systems and Fiber SIM _CATIA - V5 based programs. * Specialized skills in the following: - CATIA - V5 (12,000 hrs) - UG - NX9/8.5 (15,000 hrs) and UG-NX10 (80 hrs self trained)
