Summary I have traveled extensively around the world learning various culinary technique's and how to make a production kitchen profitable. I have been in this business for 25+ years and have the knowledge that any food service business would need. I am very skilled in team building, production management, kitchen management, catering, I am a self-starter, highly motivated and need very little training.
