SUMMARY: * Recently completed Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with focus towards Quality improvement, Production and Inventory Control. * Having experience of 3+ years in Manufacturing processes with expertise in Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis and Quality Engineering. * Expertise in analytical and quantitative techniques including predictive modeling and multivariate analysis. Having Working Experience of SAS software, Minitab for analyzing statistical models. * Experience in working with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Methodologies. * Having Worked on production line for line management and maintenance, got good Working knowledge about Process management and experience in concurrent engineering design and Analysis. * Experience with adjusting, evaluating, tracking, improving and forecasting for production. * Good working knowledge of APQP, PPAP. Detailed knowledge of Statistical Techniques (such as Cp/Cpk, Regression, Risk Analysis, Design of Experiments), SPC and ISO9000 framework. * Proficient in using standard metrology equipment, GD&T, measurement of parts and tooling. * Experience with interpreting, evaluating drawings and blueprints. * Good working knowledge of metalworking processes such as sheet metal fabrication, welding, CNC turning, milling, forming, drilling. Focus on efforts to identify, quantify and lead cost savings effort. * Expertise in Quality tools (Q7, M7, 8D, Control Charts-SPC, DMAIC, PFMEA, Value Stream mapping). * Good knowledge of simulation and optimization with expertise in software likes SIMIO, MATLAB for modeling. Experienced with Cycle Time Studies and addressing bottlenecking problem. * Result and Detail oriented.
