Professional Summary Mr. Harry Butcher has more than 20 years (nearly 30 years) of hands-on experience in Test Engineering. His background includes working in private industry, as well as, working on government contracts as a Test Engineer. These job assignments included working as an Individual Contributor and as a Test Development Engineering Supervisor in R&D and Manufacturing Engineering. The work included working in cross-disciplined teams for the development of the entire test process (Requirements, Code Generation, Interface Adapter Design, Debug, Verification and Validation), plus Agency testing and well as Management functions including coordinating and managing complex programs (for both Commercial and Military programs). He has developed and implemented numerous cost effective approaches to improve program management practices supporting U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force programs. For the first 15 years, his concentration in Manufacturing Test Engineering. However, for the past 10+ years, he has supported key Research and Development programs in numerous project assignments. Performed full-time and contract assignments for 20+ years as a Systems Test Engineer, RF Systems Test Development, Verification and Validation - performing tests at multiple levels: Printed Circuit Card Assembly, Sub-system (Line Replacement Unit), and Systems level.
