Professional Summary Mr. Harry Butcher has more than 20 years (nearly 30 years) of hands-on experience in Test Engineering. His background includes working in private industry, as well as, working on government contracts as a Test Engineer. These job assignments included working as an Individual Contributor and as a Test Development Engineering Supervisor in R&D and Manufacturing Engineering. Performed full-time and contract assignments for 20+ years as a Systems Test Engineer, RF Systems Test Development, Verification and Validation - performing tests at multiple levels: Printed Circuit Card Assembly, Sub-system (Line Replacement Unit), and Systems level.
