Summary I have 50 years of experience developing programming frameworks to efficiently solve problems. I'm currently retired and working on an open source NOSQL database implemented in C and programmed in Javascript. I created in C a tax preparation software and electronic filing system for CrossLink from 1989 thru 2017. I successfully applied my previous database and software construction experience from NASA/ CDC. I designed and implemented a decimal/character based calculation language for company programmers to create a data entry interface and calculation engine to prepare tax returns and electronically file XML formatted submissions with the IRS and state taxing agencies. Most recently I'm working with Paul Pedersen to implement an open source NO-SQL back-end database written in C and programmed with JavaScript.
